工作目標：
灼識的專家網絡服務，是指向灼識的客戶提供與行業專家進行的“溝通”。該溝通可以通過電話進行也可以面對面的進行，是一種靈活有效的，互動式的獲取行業最新資訊的方式。我們的客戶涵蓋了國內外知名的金融投資機構，包括投資銀行、私募基金、對沖基金和共同基金等。我們將依靠強大的行業知識及廣泛的專家網絡，保證客戶能在最短的時間內與最合適的專家進行對接。并通過嚴謹的項目式管理，對溝通前、溝通時及溝通后三個階段及時的跟進，以確保客戶能達到預期的溝通效果，迅速進行下一步投資決策。
職位描述：
通過現有資源和開拓更多有效渠道協助項目經理完成咨詢項目，按照客戶的需求匹配和招募到專業背景最符合要求的行業內專家；
通過深入理解項目需求、溝通和匹配專家，為客戶安排與專家的咨詢會議；
不斷完善現有工作流程，提高服務客戶的質量；
協助進行相應行業熱點研究；
對于內部數據庫和系統進行完善和整理。
崗位要求：
本科或以上學歷；
有金融，咨詢行業，獵頭或新聞記者工作經驗者優先考慮，也歡迎優秀的應屆畢業生；
流利的英語聽說讀寫能力，至少CET6；
優秀的溝通能力和人際交往能力；
外向，有強烈責任感，工作積極主動，勤勞有理想，擁有快速學習能力；
熟練使用Microsoft辦公軟件，包括Word, excel, PPT等。
Job Purpose
Find the right experts with the most relevant background and experience to meet our clients’ needs and help them gain critical insights on macro issues or niche subjects, into industries and key markets to ensure the success of their business or investments.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist project manager to find right experts with the most relevant background and experience to meet our clients’ needs by utilizing existing resources and developing more effective channels
Successfully deliver projects by deep understanding project requirements, interviewing experts, matching experts and arrange the consultation per clients’ instruction
Participate in online and offline industry conferences and exhibitions to gain wide range of industry knowledge
Constantly improve existing working processes and the service provided to clients
Assist in industry hot research
Maintain and enrich internal database and system
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
Experience in financial services, consulting, headhunting and journalism would be a plus
High caliber fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Fluent English speaking and writing, at least CET 6
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Open-minded, accountable, proactive, quick leaner, ambitious and hard-working
Good at Microsoft Office Skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
